This session covers the DOUBLE ELBOW STRIKE. Follow these easy steps:
With hands up and away from your face, step quickly forward.
As you step, slam your hands with palms down onto the back of your head, overlapping palms, sufficiently back that elbows are now directly in front of your eyes, close together without any gap.
Press palms down for max friction as you connect with both pointy elbows on to the opponents face (or if taller than you; chest) without looking down.
Upon landing, drop both hands down to their starting position for visibility, further hand, arm or leg strikes or control grabs.
Apply the strike in both in-fight or preemptively.
