Always experiment, evolve and test your techniques, tactics and thinking to match them to reality. Do these tests under pressure - are you able to perform? What can I positively improve?
Those who stand still in a changing world, move backwards. Krav Maga is never to be found perfect, nor fixed and unchangeable.
In our school we work closely with Israeli counter-terrorism special forces instructors to continually design and deliver better self defence solutions for our students - based on real life close combat solutions, applied not in the dojo but in life or death situations.
This season we host the COMBAT AT ZERO seminar in the UK, delivered by Itay Gil and Gheorghe Husar in November, both world experts in close quarter combat with special forces and head of state level security protection responsibilities.
