Self defence is the wilful construct of a series of progressive building blocks you need to create.

Each one makes you stronger and better, even if you don’t need to apply your skills.

Firstly, you must have or develop the belief that you are worth defending.

Secondly, you must be ready to undertake the vigorous training to become a human weapon.

Thirdly, you must have the mental capacity to switch to 0-100mph non-stop aggression and attacks to defend yourself if violence comes to call.

Each decision builds the next one. Every day you practice you cement each one in your psyche.
